Custom Training

  • Semi-Private –

    Semi-private personal training provides all the perks of 1-on-1 personal training but in a small group setting. There are  2-5 clients assigned to a coach and each client goes through their own individual program. If you enjoy being around like-minded individuals while working toward similar goals, being held accountable by your peers, and getting results at a more affordable rate then private training, this option is for you.

    All of our semi-private training clients are provided with:

  • Monthly updates to a customized program, designed to suit your goals and needs
