What is Team Training?

Team Training is similar to what other fitness facilities may call “bootcamp,” only far superior.

With Team Training, you’ll get an individualized assessment and warm-up routine to help you maximize performance and reduce the likelihood of injury. And while we have a fast and fun-based routine that everyone follows, we’ll be able to customize the program to help you work around any aches, pains or boo-boos you may have.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

First of all, you’ve made a great choice! Team Training is an awesome way to get in a great workout, while surrounding yourself with other motivated and energetic individuals. To get started, see below to contact us  to set-up your assessment. The assessment process will take about an hour.

Once this is done, we’ll get you scheduled for your first Team Training workout.

Wednesday 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm — Saturday 8:00 am – 9:00 am — Sunday 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Need more schedule flexibility?
We also offer a impressively-priced trial for clients interested in our semi-private training. Semi-private training is the large majority of what we do and has a wide variety of scheduling options (hourly sessions available M-F, 6am-7pm, Sat 8am-12pm).
